Jim O'Connell
A People leader with 30 years in leadership roles across a number of sectors including Software, Electronics, Medical Devices, Biologics and most recently a business owner assisting the SME and not for profit sectors. I have held senior HR and Operations positions across a number of blue chip companies including Microsoft, Stryker & Technopath Clinical Diagnostics.
I am a Director of the St. Joseph’s Foundation, a section 39 organisation, who provide services for children and adults with intellectual disabilities. It employs over 350 staff and has over 1200 service users. I provide assistance with HR and Quality compliance to the organization.
